Tom’s first taste of boat sales came as a young boy selling paddle boats for his grandfather’s boat business, Stammer’s Marine Center, at the Baltimore Boat Show in 1989 at the tender age of 12.  After a short career in a local volunteer fire department, he started AM PM Marine in 1995 by selling a few friend’s boats on the parking lot of his grandfather’s boat business.  Since that first experience, he has grown the business into one of the most respected marine dealerships on the Chesapeake Bay.  His dedication to customer service is second to none.  Tom credits his dad, a lifelong waterman and crabber, for instilling an Eastern Shore work ethic in him, which he practices every day.  Tom and his wife Lisa reside in Anne Arundel County with their three children, Josh, Chelsea and Connor.
