I wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you. I knew that you said customer service was very important to you and AM PM Marine but it not until it is tested that someone word really holds true.
As you know, at 6pm on Friday, I put the boat into gear while it had drifted over the boat lift. Needless to say, my second prop not longer looked the same. My first thought was, oh no- call Shorty. I called his cell, which he had given me to call when I needed help. He answered and was still at the shop, surprising for after 5pm on a Friday night.
I had explained what had happened. He said that we would be right over. I thought, "really"? He came over within 10 minutes with the same smile that he had when we checked out my boat on the delivery. He let me know that the plan would to take off the prop, go back to the shop and see if they had one in storage. If not, they would send it out to be fixed which would take about one to two weeks.
Now here is where the river meets the road- he came back within a 30 minutes not with the matching prop but with one smaller but would allow me to use the boat while mine was being repaired. He told me that I would not be able to run the boat full out but knew that I did not drive that fast anyway.
I am confident that I not only made the right choice in manufacturer but more importantly on my dealership partner.
I wanted to personally thank you for being a man of your word.

I hope things are doing well. We already had some small trips with our boat and we totally enjoyed it. Since the weather is also improving we are looking forward to many great boat rides.

I am writing to you to express my sincere appreciation for one of your dealers. I purchased a new Cabrio 274 this spring at the Washington DC Boat Show. I purchase this specifically because of one of your dealers, AM PM Marine in Baltimore MD, as they add to your five year warranty by coming on site to your boat at your marina (which happens to be 3 1/2 hours away). As a relatively new boater, this extended warranty was very important to me. Unfortunately our boat experienced quite a few problems this summer. AM PM was there every time and was extremely professional. Tom Pierzchalski and his team have provided me the utmost in customer service. They have always been very prompt, educational and go well beyond what I would have expected. So I just wanted to express my gratitude to one of your dealers who is performing an outstanding job in servicing one of your customers. It has been about a year since we took delivery on our Larson Cabrio 31. I am writing to commend you on the outstanding service that you and your staff have provided to us throughout the year. First of all, the purchasing of our boat; this is the 7th that we have owned and they have ranged in size from initially a 17' runabout to a 42' Carver and our experience during the purchase was outstanding. You made it easy and agreeable!
We have finally struck on exactly what we need in our 31, now that our core family has reached a smaller size. Our Larson is absolutely outstanding. It handles beautifully and is a pleasure to operate. During our first year we had occasion to call upon your service group only once and I must say, Rhea and I have been most impressed by the efficiency and the professionalism of your staff.
